Leadership of changes can be the ultimate drive for leadership with grace. This can lead you to give speeches that will motivate your followers and leave a lasting impact. When leading a change, one must become the visionary leader or transformational leader to change the course of the organisation or nation.
However, to lead the change or lead you may need to learn how to lead with grace, how to inspire the vision for a better future of your organisation, nation or nations. You must learn how to effectively write speeches, how to use emotions in your words and you must learn how to show the grace and love for your followers or listeners. Then engage your heart in the process of leading changes. Inspire others to feel what you want them to feel, to dream and to believe in the changes you are creating as a leader. Show compassion and understanding.
Furthermore, to lead with grace you may not only need vision, you need integrity, you need to know how to do what is right and standing by your principles. Believing in yourself and others, believing in the organisation, the countries or group of countries you represent. Engage and believe in what is the future you wish to create with others.
